Recipe for preparing Pate and masara



 This is the recipe for preparing Pate and masara


Pate and masara
Ingredients

  •        Fresh or dry corn
  •         Meat stock
  •        Biscuit bones and meaty bones 
  •        1 Bunch fresh spinach leaves(greens)
  •        2-3 tatashe and 5-6 tomatoes
  •        Salt
  •        2 tablespoons dry pepper
  •       2 large onions
  •        3 tablespoons olive oil
  •        1 large dry fish



Method of preparation

  1.        Put corn in water, cover pot and boil corn until very soft
  2.        Blanch the spinach to remove the plant acid that is not edible(blanching means immersi the leaves in boiled water for a few minutes before cutting up)
  3.       Add the chopped onions to the boiling corn
  4.        Add the fish, then the ground pepper
  5.        Add the bones and meaty bones
  6.       Add ground tatashe and then tomatoes
  7.       Add seasoning
  8.       Add olive oil for shine
  9.       Add the balanced spinach and let it simmer just 2 minutes
1  The meal is ready
