masara
Ingredients
- Fresh or dry corn
- Meat stock
- Biscuit bones and meaty bones
- 1 Bunch fresh spinach leaves(greens)
- 2-3 tatashe and 5-6 tomatoes
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons dry pepper
- 2 large onions
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large dry fish
Method of
preparation
- Put corn in water, cover pot and boil corn until very soft
- Blanch the spinach to remove the plant acid that is not edible(blanching means immersi the leaves in boiled water for a few minutes before cutting up)
- Add the chopped onions to the boiling corn
- Add the fish, then the ground pepper
- Add the bones and meaty bones
- Add ground tatashe and then tomatoes
- Add seasoning
- Add olive oil for shine
- Add the balanced spinach and let it simmer just 2 minutes
